- On-site education days in permitted common areas, coordinated with your team
- One-on-one consultations by appointment, with Scope of Appointment documented as required
- Dual-eligible (Medi-Medi) guidance, including help applying for Extra Help
- Year-round member support for cards, provider questions, and plan changes
- Worksite benefits education for public-sector employees
- Life insurance education for families
Experience
I’ve presented benefits education to Los Angeles County departments and public-sector employees, including DMH, DCFS, DPSS, DPW, and firefighters, and provided community education at pharmacies, medical groups, food banks, faith-based food pantries, and community nonprofits across the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys.
